As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®), Betty works with her clients, attorneys, and mediators as a team member to provide their specifics in a clear and concise manner regarding the investment structures and tax ramifications, cost basis, stock options, identifying separate assets, pension plan options, etc. providing them with the right information for them to make the best decisions for you throughout the divorce process.

Shadi Karimi
Client Services Manager

Shadi Karimi has been the Operations Manager at Griffin Financial for over six years. She now is in a support role to Griffin Divorce Consulting and our clients. She accrued knowledge and experience in financial aspects over the past few years. This makes her ideal in this position. She is supportive, empathetic with our clients in this perhaps difficult transition in their lives and encourages them to see through it so they can begin their new lives. She provides support processing and managing client documents. Keeps clear communications with our clients and Attorneys.

Before joining Griffin Financial, Shadi worked as an office manager for a large mortgage company overseeing all the details of the lending process for loan officers, from application to escrow, and title process to funding. Prior to this, Shadi owned a daycare facility for children and was also a nurse. Her combination of experience in mortgage finance and caring for individuals makes her the perfect person to work with our clients.

Shadi also enjoys spending time with her family, as well as cooking and event planning!
Leslie Blue

Leslie is a member of the Griffin Divorce Consulting team and consults on divorce financial matters.
She is also the founder of Blue Heart Mediation, a center that helps couples in the area of divorce in a better way! She has spent most of her career in Finance and has focused on helping couples take control of the divorce process to center on the family and future financial outcomes for the past four years as a CDFA® practitioner.
Leslie is also an instructor for the Institute of Divorce Financial Analyst and she also currently serves on the Board of the Family Service Agency of Arizona.
